In this senior leadership role of Client Director - Fund & Corporate, you’ll oversee a dedicated unit focused on fund clients, acting as Client Director for key relationships, and potentially serving on boards of client vehicles, including POI Licensees.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality administration, supporting governance, and ensuring regulatory compliance; while shaping new ways of working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Leading and developing a high-performing client delivery team

• Acting as Client Director for a portfolio of closed-ended alternative fund clients

• Overseeing governance, board meetings, and regulatory obligations

• Driving operational excellence and supporting strategic business initiatives

This is a standout opportunity for someone with a wealth of Funds experience and strong leadership skills. You’ll bring professional qualifications (ICSA, ACCA or similar) and a proactive mindset to this client-facing role.
