We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded business in Guernsey to find a Senior Finance Administrator to support their dynamic Finance and Property teams.
This is a pivotal role managing client accounts and complex conveyancing transactions—perfect for someone with precision, confidence, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities include:

Managing client account payments, incoming funds, and liaising with banks on high-value transactions

Supporting the Property team with all aspects of conveyancing finance, including payments and billing

Monitoring and updating financial systems to ensure accuracy across transactions

Liaising with internal departments and clients to apply funds, resolve queries, and support estates administration
