Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing continuous improvement team

  • Managing multiple process improvement projects across jurisdictions

  • Applying Lean, Six Sigma or Agile to redesign workflows and increase efficiency

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to build alignment and secure buy-in across the business
