Responsibilities Include:

Leading and mentoring a high-performing continuous improvement team

Managing multiple process improvement projects across jurisdictions

Applying Lean, Six Sigma or Agile to redesign workflows and increase efficiency

Collaborating with stakeholders to build alignment and secure buy-in across the business
