An established, independently owned fiduciary business in Guernsey is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its small and collaborative compliance team. This part-time role (minimum 25 hours/week) offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a varied and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic file reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including CDD and risk documentation.

• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, advising on relevant policy updates.

• Support the preparation of internal compliance reporting and audit responses.

You should have 3–5 years’ experience in compliance, trust admin, or file review within a regulated setting, be familiar with CDD processes and regulatory frameworks and possess analytical and organisational skills, with a proactive mindset. Ideally, you will have an ICA qualification but our client would support you in achieving the qualification.
