An established, independently owned fiduciary business in Guernsey is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its small and collaborative compliance team. This part-time role (minimum 25 hours/week) offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a varied and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct periodic file reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including CDD and risk documentation.

Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, advising on relevant policy updates.

Support the preparation of internal compliance reporting and audit responses.
You should have 3–5 years’ experience in compliance, trust admin, or file review within a regulated setting, be familiar with CDD processes and regulatory frameworks and possess analytical and organisational skills, with a proactive mindset. Ideally, you will have an ICA qualification but our client would support you in achieving the qualification.
