We’re looking for a motivated Administrator to join their Jersey Corporate Services department, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across complex international structures.
You’ll work closely with senior colleagues to manage client relationships, ensure accurate filings, prepare key documents, and support payment processing and invoicing.
Responsibilities:

Administering a varied portfolio of corporate clients, managing statutory and regulatory filings

Preparing minutes, resolutions, and correspondence to a high standard

Liaising with clients and third parties including banks, auditors and lawyers

Supporting junior team members and contributing to process improvements and team projects
