Job Description
A dynamic fiduciary and professional services firm is seeking an in-house Corporate Secretariat to join their Guernsey office. This standalone position supports corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating board meetings and maintaining accurate governance records.
This role is ideal for Assistant Manager, Manager, or Associate Director seeking visibility, autonomy, and the chance to directly support senior leadership.
Responsibilities include:

Providing statutory secretarial services for group entities across Guernsey, Switzerland, Cayman, and Dubai

Scheduling and managing board meetings, preparing agendas, and guiding on board paper content

Maintaining strong relationships with board members and acting as a key communication bridge between directors and senior management

Minute-taking, tracking board decisions, and facilitating ongoing corporate governance improvement plans
As well as having strong technical knowledge of corporate governance, ideally in a regulated environment, you should hold a ICSA or STEP qualification. You should also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
