Responsibilities Include:

Managing AML/KYC queries and advising teams on policy, documentation, and onboarding procedures.

Acting as the first point of contact between clients, engagement teams, and the KYC Operations Team.

Monitoring onboarding progress and escalating issues where needed to ensure smooth delivery.

Championing compliance while streamlining and simplifying the onboarding process for internal and external stakeholders.
You should have a solid understanding of KYC/AML policies and financial regulatory frameworks, together with experience in client onboarding, compliance, or AML/KYC roles. You should also have strong relationship-building skills with confidence in stakeholder communication and a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a flair for simplifying complex requirements. AML certifications or relevant qualifications would be an advantage.
