Responsibilities Include:

Assisting in the formation and day-to-day administration of companies, trusts, and limited partnerships.

Preparing client documentation such as minutes, resolutions, and correspondence.

Managing statutory filings and maintaining accurate records.

Processing bank payments and supporting client invoicing and collections.
You should be a strong academic with a genuine interest in building a career in administration, possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be confident with MS Office - experience in Viewpoint is a bonus.
