An international provider of insurance management services is seeking a Director to lead its Guernsey-based team.

This is a senior, strategic role for a proven leader with expertise in insurance or financial services, a strong grasp of compliance and governance, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Director of the Company, participating in board-level discussions and decisions, and lead the development and implementation of strategic business objectives.

• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, supporting high performance and staff development.

• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure operational excellence across a client portfolio.

• Oversee delivery of SLAs and client management agreements.

• Liaise closely with compliance functions (MLCO, MLRO) to uphold governance standards and support senior leadership with business development and new client acquisition.

To excel in this role you should have proven experience in a senior role within insurance management or financial services, have strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance, possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills and be a trategic thinker with commercial acumen and business development experience. Professional qualifications in insurance or finance are highly desirable.
