Responsibilities include:

Handling day-to-day administration of retirement products and related tasks.

Responding to member queries and liaising with advisors and intermediaries.

Keeping internal systems (e.g. Viewpoint) accurately updated.

Allocating incoming work across the team and following internal workflows.
You will succeed in this role if you bring your strengths in teamwork and clear communication – both face-to-face and over the phone. You should be organised, and provide detail-oriented administration and bring a proactive approach and along with a willingness to learn.
