Are you ready to dive into one of the most dynamic and fast-growing areas of financial services? We’re looking for a proactive Administrator to join the Executive Compensation Services team in Jersey – supporting high-profile clients and gaining valuable experience in a specialist environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the administration of a diverse client portfolio and managing key day-to-day tasks

  • Preparing resolutions, instructions to intermediaries, and maintaining online administration portals

  • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of client records and data

  • Liaising confidently with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues across jurisdictions

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a specialist team with full support for professional studies (e.g. ICSA or STEP), internal mentoring, and opportunities to progress toward managing your own portfolio.

You should be a detail-focused, tech-savvy individual with 1–2 years’ finance experience (or transferable skills), strong initiative, and a can-do mindset. You’ll be eager to learn, client-focused, and ready to take ownership of your own development.
