Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a key jurisdiction within a global financial services group. You’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, oversee regulatory compliance, and manage the day-to-day accounting processes—with support from offshore teams.

You'll present financials to the local board, contribute to group-wide strategy, and own audit processes and reporting.

A sharp commercial mindset and the confidence to challenge, analyse, and drive operational improvement are essential.

This is a dynamic leadership role where your impact will be felt across local operations and the wider group.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead all financial operations including planning, reporting, and compliance.

• Present management accounts and analysis to senior stakeholders.

• Manage offshore finance teams and develop new support hubs.

• Drive efficiencies, improve systems, and support strategic decision-making.
