We are supporting a growing financial services firm in Guernsey in their search for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Client Relationship Manager.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting senior team members in delivering professional, high-quality services.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting in the management of client portfolios, including funds and corporate structures, and supporting board meetings.

Processing payments, maintaining trackers, logs, and reconciliations.

Drafting board agendas, minutes, resolutions, and collating documentation.

Liaising with clients, Directors, and third-party professionals to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
You will have strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills together with integrity, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions. You should also have a proactive “can-do” attitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and the ability to be adaptable and resilient, with a positive, team-oriented approach. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
