We are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded financial services firm in Guernsey with the appointment of a Senior Onboarding Administrator.
This is a permanent role offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal part in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review onboarding documentation, liaise directly with clients and introducers, and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Conduct online compliance checks and complete risk profiles, reviews, and committee papers.
- Draft and finalise trust and company formation documents, as well as prepare bank applications.
- Maintain in-house databases and registers, issue invoices, and liaise with financial institutions to facilitate asset transfers.
You should have at least 3 years’ experience in financial services with a focus on client onboarding, a solid working knowledge of the GFSC Handbook, AML/CFT/CPWMD legislation, and Guernsey Trust & Company Law. You should also be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines. Formal qualifications are not required, but study support is available for those looking to progress professionally.
