We are supporting a leading Yacht Services provider in Guernsey in their search for an experienced Senior Crew Services Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global client base of yacht owners, captains, and crew, delivering tailored solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Senior Crew Services Officer, you will act as the primary point of contact for all crew employment and payroll matters within your portfolio. This role offers the chance to combine technical expertise with excellent client service, ensuring compliance with international standards while supporting the smooth running of luxury yachts worldwide.
Responsibilities include:

Managing the full crew contract and payroll process, from onboarding through to termination.

Administering payroll, including social security obligations, and issuing employment agreements within required timeframes.

Ensuring compliance with MLC, flag state, and insurance requirements, while maintaining accurate crew data.

Liaising with yacht owners, captains, and crew to address employment and payroll-related matters.
You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients and crew, exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and a proactive, solution-driven approach combined with discretion and integrity. Previous yachting experience or 5+ years in crew management is preferred and you should also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
