Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager within a growing team, supporting the seamless onboarding of new clients and structures.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and collaborating across fiduciary, compliance, and CDD teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring new business transitions smoothly and in line with regulatory standards. Flexible and reduced hours, including term-time working, will be considered.
Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of client onboarding, from new structures to trustee transfers.

Ensure CDD, source of wealth/funds, agreements, and statutory documents are complete and compliant.

Oversee collation of tax/legal advice, asset records, and ensure monitoring processes are in place.

Support smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing administration, including banking and investment repapering.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ fiduciary experience, strong knowledge of CDD processes, and the ability to apply enhanced due diligence where required. Organised, analytical, and collaborative, you’ll thrive in a role where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential.
