This role provides critical administrative and secretarial support to senior executives, ensuring schedules, meetings, and communications run seamlessly in a fast-paced professional environment.
This is a key support role combining diary management, meeting coordination, and executive assistance — ideal for someone who thrives on organisation and precision.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing executive diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Handling expense claims and financial reconciliation for senior executives.
- Acting as a central point of contact for queries, correspondence, and internal/external stakeholders.
You’ll be a detail-oriented, organised multitasker with excellent communication skills. Proactivity, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential. Prior experience in EA, PA, or administrative roles will help you thrive, alongside a confident, professional approach when liaising with executives and stakeholders.
