Responsibilities include
• Build strong client relationships, attending meetings and ensuring portfolios are proactively managed.
• Lead on-boarding, reviews, and risk processes while maintaining excellent regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, strengthening retention, and generating new leads.
• Guide and mentor administrators, fostering high standards, collaboration, and service excellence.
You’ll bring significant trust industry experience, strong communication skills, and a confident, client-led approach.
