Job Description

Join a respected financial services institution as an Officer, Custodian Trustee, based in their Guernsey Office. This position offers a blend of governance, monitoring, and hands-on administration across a varied portfolio of Guernsey regulated funds.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining high regulatory standards while supporting valuation, audit and operational processes that keep funds running smoothly.

Responsibilities include

• Oversight of breach registers, CT checks, and regulatory monitoring
• Reviewing valuations, completing reconciliations, and supporting CMO checks
• Assisting with investigations, procedure updates, and audit preparation
• Providing cover across financials, billing, NAV checks, distributions and related tasks

You should have a strong Guernsey funds background, knowledge of CIS rules and GFSC guidance, and familiarity with pricing sources like IDS or Bloomberg. Clear communication, solid organisational skills and a proactive mindset are key, along with a willingness to keep learning and growing.
