Job Description
An internationally recognised fund services provider is urgently seeking a Fund Payment Officer to join its Jersey-based operations. This opportunity sits within a high-performing administration function supporting a large, complex client structure in a fast-paced and collaborative financial services environment.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on managing fund-related payments, investor and lender reporting, and supporting the smooth delivery of capital activity across multiple fund and SPV structures.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and processing payments relating to capital calls, distributions, debt servicing and other fund transactions
- Managing payment trackers and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and executed on time
- Coordinating reporting and communications with clients, boards, lenders, investors and internal stakeholders
- Supporting investor and lender reporting, secure file transfers, audits and depositary requests
Fund administration experience would be beneficial, however, it is not essential. What would be more useful would be excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a time-sensitive environment together with a strong attention to detail and confidence working with data.
