Step into a 4-month Temporary Assistant Manager position with one of our valued clients where you’ll lead trust and corporate administration for a varied client portfolio while supporting a high-performing team in their Guernsey offices.
This URGENT role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fiduciary environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is confident guiding administrators day-to-day. You’ll take ownership of complex structures, ensure smooth team operations, and deliver exceptional service with accuracy and pace.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee a portfolio of trust and company structures, handling communications, transactions, payments and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
- Lead and support administrators, offering guidance, feedback, and presenting their work to committees.
- Maintain regulatory compliance through up-to-date due diligence, risk assessments and periodic reviews.
You will have at least seven years’ relevant experience, strong technical understanding of fiduciary services, excellent communication skills, and confidence working independently with precision. A professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA is advantageous.
