Job Description
An established, regulated professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager to join its Private Clients team in Guernsey on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a senior-level fiduciary role focused on the administration of complex private client structures, combining technical expertise, client service excellence and people leadership, with scope to deputise for the Manager and contribute to wider projects.
Responsibilities Include:
- Administering a portfolio of complex fiduciary structures to a high standard, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal procedures
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties, delivering a timely, accurate and professional service
- Supporting the team lead with supervision, mentoring and development of junior team members
- Overseeing governance, risk and compliance matters including FATCA, CRS, audits, payments and entity records
You should have prior and proven relevant experience in regulated finance or professional services together with excellent organisation skills and supervisory experience as well as a solid understanding of the business and markets applicable to the business.
