A well-established professional services firm is seeking a Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager to join its Private Clients team on a 9–10 month fixed-term contract within their Guernsey office.
This role is ideal for an experienced fiduciary professional who enjoys working with complex structures, delivering high-quality client service, and supporting team leadership within a regulated environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary structures in line with regulatory, legal and tax requirements
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients and professional advisers, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Support team leadership through supervision, delegation and development of junior staff
- Oversee governance, risk, compliance matters and project delivery across the portfolio
You’ll bring proven fiduciary experience, strong organisational skills and a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA.
