Join a fast-evolving, international exchange as Finance Manager and play a key role in transforming the Finance function through innovation and systems development.

Supporting the Head of Finance as Finance Manager, you’ll lead projects including a NetSuite migration, automation initiatives, and financial process improvements to support future growth. You'll also take ownership of financial control, reporting, audit preparation, budgeting, and team development.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving the digital transformation of Finance, including API integration and NetSuite implementation

• Leading on SOX-compliant financial controls and MI reporting, including monthly management accounts

• Overseeing audit preparation, financial statements (FRS102), and regulator reporting (GFSC)

• Supporting cash flow management, credit control, and mentor junior finance team members
