A well-established financial services business is seeking an Accounting and Technology Officer to join its growing Guernsey team, supporting core fund and accounting operations behind the scenes in a systems-focused role.
This position is ideal for someone with an accountancy background who enjoys working with accounting systems and process improvement, without the pressure of a client-facing role, offering hybrid working and a genuinely supportive manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting administrators and accountants with the day-to-day use of fund accounting systems (including eFront).
- Maintaining and inputting static and transactional data, ensuring accuracy and best practice.
- Coordinating and prioritising system-related requests and supporting reporting outputs.
- Assisting with process documentation, system improvements, and internal training.
You’ll have an accountancy background (part-qualified or studying), enjoy working with accounting systems and data, and take pride in accuracy and problem-solving. You’ll be proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently while being part of a close-knit team led by a friendly, highly regarded manager.
