Are you a seasoned Trust professional ready for a fresh challenge in onboarding? This is a rare opportunity to step into a dynamic Manager or Assistant Manager role where you’ll play a key part in welcoming new clients into the business.
You’ll oversee the full onboarding lifecycle, from discovery and due diligence through to handover – all while utilising your Trust expertise to mentor others and drive best practice across the team.
Responsibilities will include:
• Leading the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth setup and structure establishment
• Reviewing KYC/CDD, prepare internal documentation, and present to the New Business Committee
• Liaising directly with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders throughout the process
• Supporting junior team members and collaborate closely with senior management
You’ll need strong relevant experience, be STEP qualified (or working towards it), and bring confident communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
