One of our key clients within the professional services sector, is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead their L&D function in Guernsey. This strategic and hands‑on role plays a key part in shaping organisational capability and culture.
This position centres on designing and delivering a high‑impact learning strategy, developing future skills, and creating consistent development pathways across the business — ideal for someone passionate about building learning cultures that truly make a difference.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing a structured learning and development strategy aligned to organisational priorities and future capability needs.
- Leading the creation, delivery and evaluation of development programmes across leadership, technical training and professional development.
- Owning the learning management system (LMS) and overseeing all learning infrastructure, governance and reporting.
- Partnering with senior leaders to understand development needs, act as a trusted learning advisor and oversee relationships with external training providers.
You should bring strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills to the role, together with a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions.
