Job Description
A leading multi‑jurisdictional financial services group is seeking a senior governance professional to head its Administration, Governance & CoSec function in Guernsey.

Responsibilities will include:
- Leading governance, company secretarial activity and statutory compliance across the Guernsey business and its client entities.
- Preparing, coordinating and delivering board and committee packs, drafting minutes, managing resolutions and ensuring timely action follow‑up.
- Overseeing statutory registers, regulatory filings, governance frameworks and supporting ESG and regulatory change initiatives.
- Managing entity administration including incorporations, restructures, migrations and serving as a key liaison for major client relationships.
What this role offers:
- The opportunity to work in a people‑first culture that avoids micro-management and values trust, autonomy and collaboration.
- Influence over governance frameworks across a global group with operations spanning Guernsey, Mauritius, Botswana and South Africa.
- Senior‑level exposure, board interaction and scope for future board appointments.
- A broad remit covering corporate governance, fund structures, regulatory oversight and cross‑border entity management.
Our client is looking for a well versed professional with a strong track record in a senior company secretarial, governance or fund administration environment.
Their environment requires you to be comfortable with both senior responsibilities and handling groundwork too. You'll likely bring a can do attitude, strong organisation and communication skills.
