Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment? Our client, a forward‑thinking financial services business, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their collaborative Guernsey team.
This role is all about enabling smooth operations at senior level—supporting leadership, coordinating the day‑to‑day rhythm of the office, and acting as a trusted point of contact across the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high‑level executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination and confidential correspondence.
- Supporting sales and reporting activities, including preparing documents and assisting with administrative financial tasks.
- Coordinating local and international travel arrangements for senior management.
- Ensuring the efficient running of the office by liaising with building managers, arranging supplies and managing meeting room bookings.
You will be a self‑starter with strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and have confidence communicating at all levels - including senior stakeholders. You should also be comfortable managing multiple priorities and ideally have experience within financial services
