A leading international professional services firm is looking to recruit a reliable, experienced finance professional as a Finance (Senior) Associate to join its Guernsey finance team.
On offer is a role with flexible working hours (28–35 hours - part‑time or full‑time considered) and the opportunity to step into a well‑established role within a highly experienced and supportive team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing bookkeeping activities and supporting core transactional finance processes
- Assisting with the smooth running of the finance function, working closely with the Finance Manager
- Supporting interdepartmental communication and responding to finance queries across the business
- Contributing to process improvements, including the use of automation and AI tools
You should be a strong communicator who is comfortable working across teams and building relationships internally, has at least 2 years’ bookkeeping experience and the ability to hit the ground running.
