A leading and globally recognised provider of fund and corporate services is seeking a Fund Operations Administrator to join a growing team in Jersey.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment supporting high-quality clients across a variety of fund structures.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering a portfolio of fund structures, managing investor transactions, calls and distributions
- Supporting company secretarial duties, including preparing board packs, meeting materials and minutes
- Maintaining accurate investor records and processing updates within internal systems
- Assisting with payments, regulatory filings and ongoing operational processes across the fund lifecycle
