Are you an organised and detail-driven Guernsey or Jersey governance professional looking to build your career within a growing international financial services group?
This is an excellent opportunity to support group-wide company secretarial activity across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with senior stakeholders, boards and operating companies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain statutory registers, CDD records, structure charts and corporate records.
- Support board and committee meetings, including agendas, packs, minutes and actions.
- Assist with statutory filings, governance reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to projects, policy development, director inductions and corporate transactions.
You’ll bring relevant company secretarial experience, ideally within financial services, alongside strong knowledge of Channel Islands company law, governance frameworks and statutory requirements. Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills are key.
