This newly created role would suit someone in Guernsey with around five years’ experience in trust and company administration who is ready to build confidence at senior level.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day administration for a portfolio of trusts and companies, including client requests, payments, distributions, minutes, and resolutions.
- Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML checks, file reviews, and accurate record keeping.
- Liaising with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Client Accounting, and New Business to keep client matters moving smoothly.
- Providing helpful guidance to junior colleagues and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.
This role is would be ideal for someone organised, approachable, and motivated, with a positive mindset and strong attention to detail.
