We are working with a highly respected fiduciary player who is keen to onboard a Trust Officer to their Guernsey office.
You will have the responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and ensuring top class service is delivered. This is an excellent position for an up and coming administrator that is looking for more accountability.
Responsibilities will include:
- You will be involved in managing a varied portfolio of clients, also providing any assistance necessary to the Senior Trust Officer
- Liaising with clients and professional intermediaries, ensuring that top class service is delivered, attending any meetings with clients / intermediaries or advisers as required in Guernsey or overseas
- Reviewing financial statements for all relevant entities, updating of registers and maintenance of client records for both legal / statutory matters
- Providing thoughtful support and training to junior team members
You will be an organised and client focused individual, with a keen desire to further develop your trust expertise.
