Job Description
We’re supporting a longstanding client – a reputable, low-turnover firm – with the search for a Fund Administration Assistant. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with at least a year of experience in financial services, ideally with some exposure to funds, who’s ready to take the next step in their career in a supportive, professional team.
The business can offer full or part time and flexible hours and will provide support for qualifications to help you continue your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the administration and management of fund structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Act as a client contact, responding to queries and maintaining strong working relationships

Assist with the preparation and processing of fund documentation and operational reporting

Work closely with the team to deliver daily tasks accurately and on time
You will have at least 1 year of financial services experience – ideally with some fund administration exposure, be a confident communicator, and comfortable in client-facing interactions. You should also have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
