A leading financial services provider in Guernsey is seeking an Administrator – Company Secretarial to support the statutory and corporate secretarial obligations of private equity funds, general partners, and related entities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the private equity industry while developing your company secretarial expertise.
Responsibilities include:
- Statutory & Corporate Reporting – Assist in meeting all corporate secretarial filing and reporting requirements.
- Board Meeting Support – Prepare board packs, collate papers, and attend quarterly board meetings.
- Minute Taking – Draft and manage minutes for board and committee meetings.
- Process Compliance & Liaison – Ensure adherence to internal processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
You should be detail oriented with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for accuracy, proactive and willing to learn. Previous company secretarial experience is beneficial but not essential.
