A leading offshore law firm is urgently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator / Senior Administrator to join their Jersey-based team on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a hands-on role in supporting core finance functions in a collaborative and fast-paced professional services environment.
Responsibilities include:

Processing day-to-day finance operations including invoicing, reconciliations, and payments

Managing the Finance helpdesk and responding to staff queries

Preparing and reviewing supplier invoices, staff expenses, and BACS payments

Supporting billing runs, credit control, and assisting with ad hoc finance projects
You should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (legal/professional services background is advantageous) with strong IT skills - knowledge of Aderant is a plus
