Job Description
We're hiring a skilled Bookkeeper to join a busy team supporting a portfolio of clients with accurate, efficient financial reporting. You’ll handle everything from bank reconciliations and billing to supplier payments and client communication—both remotely and a few mornings a week on-site.
This could be a full time or part time opportunity - minimum of 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:

Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and billing across multiple client accounts

Set up payments, process supplier invoices, and chase outstanding debtors

Communicate directly with clients, supporting them with reports and system queries

Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and support the wider team
You’ll need at least 3 years’ bookkeeping experience, strong IT skills (Xero, QuickBooks, Excel), and a knack for multitasking. This role is perfect if you're looking for a moden, collaborative, client-facing focussed role. Temp/contract options are available too.
