Our Guernsey fiduciary client is hiring an Assistant Trust Manager to support a portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations, and other entities; delivering exceptional client service while mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day administration of client entities, including payments, investments, and documentation

Supporting the Trust Manager in achieving departmental targets and deputising in their absence

Liaising with clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping
-
Training and guiding junior colleagues, reviewing work, and contributing to new business opportunities and projects
You’ll possess strong trust administration experience, solid knowledge of compliance and KYC requirements, and ideally hold a STEP or ICSA qualification.
