Job Description

We're hiring a skilled Bookkeeper to join a busy team supporting a portfolio of clients with accurate, efficient financial reporting. You’ll handle everything from bank reconciliations and billing to supplier payments and client communication—both remotely and a few mornings a week on-site.

This could be a full time or part time opportunity - minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and billing across multiple client accounts

  • Set up payments, process supplier invoices, and chase outstanding debtors

  • Communicate directly with clients, supporting them with reports and system queries

  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and support the wider team

You’ll need at least 3 years’ bookkeeping experience, strong IT skills (Xero, QuickBooks, Excel), and a knack for multitasking. This role is perfect if you're looking for a moden, collaborative, client-facing focussed role. Temp/contract options are available too.
