Job Description
We’re seeking an organised, detail-driven Fund Administrator or Senior Fund Administrator to join a high-performing Private Equity Operations team in the Guernsey office of a leading financial services provider.
This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and working closely with large, active investment structures across multiple fund products.
Responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with investment advisors, internal teams and third parties to deliver a first-class client service.
- Developing deep knowledge of bespoke client requirements and processes, and ensuring all deliverables and KPIs are met.
- Supporting investment administration, daily cash management, bookkeeping, reconciliations and preparation of reporting across complex fund structures.
- Assisting with mailbox monitoring, ad-hoc investor queries, periodic reports, and identifying operational efficiencies to enhance controls and reduce risk.
You should have strong organisation skills, problem-solving ability, relationship building, adaptability and a genuine team-focused approach. In return you’ll gain hands-on experience across private equity fund operations with exposure to complex portfolios and multi-product structures.
