One of our key clients is seeking an experienced Data Architect to join its senior team in Guernsey. Working within a complex financial services environment, this is a pivotal, cross-functional role supporting a business with a strong governance culture and ambitious data strategy.

A senior, hands-on data leadership role focused on creating a “single source of truth”, strengthening data integrity and delivering high-impact management information to Directors and the Board.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, documenting and optimising enterprise-wide data architecture, data flows and governance standards
• Driving data quality, remediation and “one point of data entry” initiatives across core business systems
• Building and maintaining dashboards, automated reporting and analytics frameworks for senior management decision-making
• Supporting business risk and impact assessments through robust, accurate and well-governed data models

This is a a highly visible position offering exposure to complex, regulated data environments and enterprise systems which would be ideal for someone who enjoys being the central point of expertise, influencing how data is trusted, used and understood across the organisation
