Take the lead on a high-profile international portfolio of real estate structures, working with some of the world’s largest asset managers, leading developers and landmark property investments.

This Director, Global Accounting opportunity in Guernsey offers genuine senior-level ownership, leading an accomplished team while overseeing financial reporting that directly informs major commercial and investment decisions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead, develop and provide strategic direction to an experienced team of eight accounting professionals.

• Oversee quarterly management accounting and reporting used by clients and investors to support key commercial decisions.

• Manage relationships across complex real estate structures, privately held funds and major international asset managers.

• Ensure consistently high-quality delivery while managing competing priorities and collaborating across multiple jurisdictions.

You’ll be a senior, qualified accounting professional with substantial leadership experience gained within funds, real estate or commercial management accounting. A commercial accounting OR financial services industry background would be particularly attractive.
