One of our key clients - a specialist international corporate services business - is seeking a Senior Yacht Ownership Administrator to join its Guernsey-based team.
This varied opportunity combines corporate administration with the fascinating world of yacht ownership, providing full training for candidates who are ready to apply their existing skills to an exciting new career path.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day administration for yacht ownership structures, including sales and purchases, charters, insurance, fiscal arrangements, payments, invoicing and third-party appointments.
- Preparing minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, beneficial owner declarations and certificates of incumbency while maintaining accurate statutory and digital records.
- Supporting client onboarding and transfers, undertaking initial screening, compiling permanent files and ensuring client information is accurately maintained across internal systems.
- Communicating regularly with yacht owners, family offices, intermediaries, lawyers and crew while coordinating document renewals, diary reminders and wider operational requirements.
Ideally, you will have experience within trust, corporate or fiduciary services, however it is more important that you be organised, accurate and comfortable managing a wide range of recurring and time-sensitive tasks and have strong communication and relationship-building skills. You should also be adaptable, service-focused and keen to build specialist knowledge within an interesting international sector.
