We are looking to recruit a Document Automation Specialist to join our Knowledge Management team. In this role you will carry out day to day automation work, maintaining the flow of projects and working with our knowledge lawyers and wider department.  You will be an expert in Contract Express, whose expertise extends beyond document creation and maintenance to look at integration with existing systems and workflow.  

About the role: In this role, you will:

• Work closely with subject matter experts on document automation projects.
• Attend to document automation support requests.
• Complete administrative tasks pertaining to the efficient management and maintenance of the document automation service.
• Work with other teams, such as IT, to build document automation solutions.
• Build and maintain key relationships in the business ensuring clients experience an engaging, professional, and efficient service.
• Assist in building and maintaining a document automation knowledge base.
• Support system upgrades as and when required.
• Maintain test scripts and requirement documentation.
• Ensure the necessary analysis and impact assessment is carried out prior to committing changes to live automated templated.
• Keep abreast of activity in the document automation space.

About you – essential requirements

• Working knowledge of document automation using Contract Express.

• Ability to familiarise yourself with existing automated templates, in order to apply updates with efficiency and accuracy.

Manager, Client Services (Corporate) - Jersey

About the role

• Administer a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard

• Proven corporate administration experience 
• You'll hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI)

Our Corporate Services team in Jersey provides a comprehensive range of services to a growing global client base. We are looking for a Client Director to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.

JOB DESCRIPTION: ADMINISTRATOR – COMPANY SECRETARIL

REPORTING TO: Company Secretarial Manager

ROLE

To manage the statutory and corporate secretarial obligations of private equity funds, general partners and related entities administered by Apax Partners Guernsey Limited (“APG”).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in the statutory and corporate secretarial reporting and filing requirements of the entities managed by APG
• Assisting in the quarterly board meetings process of the general partner and other regulated entities undertaken by APG, including:
  • Collation of papers;
  • Preparation of board packs;
  • Oversight of meetings timetables;
  • Attendance at meetings and recording of minutes.
• Preparation of minutes of board and committee meetings
• Assist the Corporate Services team with the recording of the Apax funds’ investment decision process
• Liaising with both internal and external counterparties
• Ensuring complaint with the relevant APG processes and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant company secretarial experience preferable, however, a willingness to learn and provide support within the Cosec team.
