Our global Guernsey client is looking to onboard a confident and driven Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team within a respected fiduciary business.
This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure across AML, investment and fiduciary reviews, invoicing, payments, and regulatory filings.
You'll be key to ensuring deadlines are met, client data is accurate, and operational risk is kept in check.
Responsibilities will include:

Overseeing timely completion of AML, fiduciary, and investment reviews

Managing invoicing, fee collection, and escalation of debtors

Retaining oversight of bank/investment account applications and CDD requirements

Ensuring all regulatory filings and returns are submitted without breach
We’re looking for someone with solid knowledge of fiduciary operations, the GFSC Handbook, and Guernsey regulatory standards. Strong leadership skills and a proactive, detail-focused mindset are essential.
