Responsibilities Include:

• Team Leadership: Manage and support Relationship Managers to uphold client service standards and drive excellence.

• Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with high-value clients and intermediaries, identifying new business opportunities.

• Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory frameworks, collaborating closely with senior leadership.

• Strategic Input: Contribute to management discussions, projects, and presentations that influence business direction.

You will be professionally qualified with 12+ years’ fiduciary experience, including leadership of people or projects; be a natural communicator with strong presentation skills and commercial awareness.

You will also be motivated, collaborative, and passionate about high standards in client service and above all be a coach and mentor who brings out the best in others as well as eager to be part of a business that values innovation, quality, and people.
