We’re seeking a Trust Officer or Senior Trust Officer to join a well-established financial services organisation in Guernsey. This role offers the opportunity to manage a complex portfolio of trusts and companies while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Complex Portfolios – Oversee administration for a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Build Relationships – Serve as a key contact for clients and intermediaries, identifying business development opportunities.

Maintain High Standards – Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent client service.

Mentor & Collaborate – Support and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
You will thrive in this role if you have 5+ years of experience in fiduciary services and are working towards or have completed a STEP Diploma (or NVQ4 equivalent), are able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients and colleagues, are proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to service excellence and enjoy mentoring and supporting others while continuing to grow your own expertise.
